"Dear Barbara, I am writing to say how much we enjoyed our trip to Tuscany and staying in the beautiful Podere Uliveto.... The villa was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful and everybody was so comfortable and well looked after....

We even ended up hiring a chef for a night... he turned out to be ridiculously inexpensive! The food he prepared was delicious!
