Set on the hillside above Lake Como, just 5 minutes from the lake and its attractions and water sports, Villa Mimosa is surrounded by a large garden with a swing set for children. The views are spectacular. There are large terraces and a glassed in conservatory-loggia which is a great place to sit and enjoy the view. Entry to the property is through electronically operated high wrought iron gates and there is parking for two or three cars inside. This little independent villa is tastefully furnished, provides full privacy from its fenced garden. It is located about 400 meters (walking) and 1 km (by car) from the lake and the nearest village of San Siro. The villa offers absolute privacy. The property is surrounded by a fence, electronic gate providing the access and a 1000 m2 garden surrounds the house. The house is entered from a glass covered loggia providing an open view over the blue water of the lake. This opens into a large sitting – dining room with open kitchenette.
