Villa Vica is set in a tranquil bathing zone of the Syracuse area, from which all the places of tourist interest of the province are easy reachable, such as the Archaeological Park and Ortigia at about 10 km, Noto at approximately 30 km, Avola 25 km, the Oasis of Vendicari about 50 km…

It is a private and independent property for exclusive use of its guests; it has a beautiful garden very well kept with lawn, flowers, miscellaneous kinds of palms, all making a delightful frame around the house.

The main feature of this villa is in the access to the beach, thanks to a cove inside the property where there are some steps that take you down directly to the sea. Besides this access, guests can also use another staircase that is in common use with the next villa.

The sea view is wonderful because the villa dominates from the top over the bay below. The panorama from above allows you to enjoy all the colors and the purity of this sea that has few equals in Sicily. The beach and the seabed are sandy; this coast is surrounded by natural cliff walls that seem to embrace it, making it a very quiet place, far away from the noises and the confusion typical of the other beaches. With regard to the sea bed, particular seaweeds grow spontaneously and it is typical of this zone, also known for its probable curative quality, but that certainly give a beautiful visual effect since it looks like a carpet of marine grass over which it is possible to walk with a pleasant soft feeling underfoot. This kind of seaweed grows only where the sea is particularly clean.

Entering the property a small lane way divides the two apartments of the villa, with the main one on the left sleeping four people. It is comprised of a spacious living and dining room, with sofas, fireplace, TV; perfectly equipped kitchen with microwaves, toaster and American coffee maker; 2 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms with shower. The second apartment sleeping three has an entry, a twin bedded room, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower. The main apartment has four air conditioning systems; the smaller apartment has one.

Outside we find furnished and shady verandas, barbecue, external shower (cold water), private parking along the tree-lined avenue at the entrance of the villa with closed gate.
